Julie Flaker, VRT, CPWIC, OMS.

Julie is a passionate vision rehabilitation therapist, community partner work incentives counselor, and orientation and mobility specialist.

Based in Jamestown, NY, she seeks to provide impactful services not only to blind & low vision clients of Western New York and Northwest Pennsylvania, but also remote services nationally.
